Postage & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our stock held in Adelaide.
Delivery is included in the price. Once you select your size and postage option, the price shown is the total you pay, with nothing added at checkout.
Standard and Express postage are available on all products. You choose which you'd like on the product page before adding to cart. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the option you choose.
Hand delivery is available for local Adelaide customers by arrangement. Get in touch before ordering if you'd like to organise it.
If your order hasn't arrived when you expected it, contact us and we'll chase it up.
Returns & Refunds
Our products are supplied in sealed packaging and cannot be resold once opened, so we do not accept change of mind returns.
This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, does not match its stated grade or description, or is otherwise faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
